Yes, the original **Palestinian National Charter (or Covenant)**, adopted by the **Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO)** in 1968, included language that called for the destruction of Israel. Specifically, it rejected the existence of Israel as a legitimate state and aimed to eliminate Zionism and establish an independent Palestinian state over the entire land of Palestine (which included Israel's territory).
In short the answer is no!

1. The Charter stated that the establishment of the state of Israel was illegal and null, asserting that Palestine (the area encompassing modern Israel and the Palestinian territories) belonged to the Palestinian Arab people.
2. It called for armed struggle as a means to liberate Palestine, rejecting any political solution that accepted Israel's right to exist.

Lebanon’s foreign minister said that two days of consecutive attacks, which saw electronic devices belonging to Hezbollah members and operatives detonate, have rattled the country and left residents fearing an all-out war between the terror group and Israel.
“There’s no doubt, this is a scary moment,” Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou Habib told CNN in an interview on Wednesday evening. “We are afraid of war, and we don’t want any war.”

Invasion soon? IDF moves thousands of troops to northern border
Amid sky-high tensions between Israel and the Hezbollah terror group, the Israeli army announced on Wednesday that it is deploying tens of thousands of troops to the northern border.
More communications devices used by Hezbollah terrorists exploded on Wednesday afternoon across the group’s main stronghold in Beirut and in Southern Lebanon, Reutersreported, citing a security source.
According to Lebanon’s Health Ministry, at least fourteen Hezbollah operatives were killed in the latest series of device explosions. In addition, some 400 terrorists were said to have sustained wounds.
At least one of the blasts took place in the vicinity of a funeral for terrorists killed on Tuesday, when thousands of Hezbollah pagers detonated all over the country, according to eyewitness reports.

Jerusalem’s Old City and Jude and Samaria must be judenrein within a year, according to a Palestinian-drafted resolution, which the U.N. General Assembly passed on Wednesday.
The resolution, which passed by a 124-14 margin with 43 abstentions, is meant to give force to a July advisory opinion by the International Court of Justice, which declared Israeli presence to be illegal in any area over the 1949 armistice line.
More than 40 countries sponsored the resolution, which was the first that Palestinians filed after being granted unprecedented privileges, for a non-U.N. member, earlier this year.
The resolution calls on the Israel Defense Forces to withdraw completely from Judea and Samaria, eastern Jerusalem and Gaza within 12 months, which means evacuating all Jewish communities beyond the armistice line, including Jerusalem’s Old City.
It also bans arms sales to the IDF of any equipment that would be expected reasonably to be used in the territory over the 1949 lines and calls for a boycott of all products produced by Jews in those areas.

A state representative in Stamford, Connecticut may soon be ousted from the local Democratic Party for proclaiming that her primary opponent, Jonathan Jacobson, must not win office because he is Jewish, a statement that heightened concerns about the mainstreaming of antisemitic rhetoric. “The Hispanic vote is going to determine on Aug. 13 who will win to represent or who will continue to represent you,” Figueroa said in a Spanish-language interview filmed on July 28. “We cannot permit a person who is of Jewish origin, … to represent our community. It’s impossible.”
The New Tolerance Campaign (NTC), a U.S.-based watchdog organization, announced a $1 million offer on Monday to “Queers for Palestine” or any U.S. LGBTQ advocacy organization to host a Gay Pride Parade in Gaza or Judea and Samaria.
“This isn’t a joke. It’s not a publicity stunt. Our offer is real,” said the organization’s president, Gregory T. Angelo, who is gay and the former president of Log Cabin Republicans, in a statement on the group’s website.
